An experience all your own

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on:

• The reason for your cancellation
• The date your cancellation is received
• The up-front cost South Cove Experiences has assumed for your tour

Cancellations must be made by email to katherine@southcoveexperiences.ca. 

A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking

A partial refund of 50% will be issued for cancellations made at least 14 days in advance.

No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days in advance. 

The only exceptions to this policy are in instances of ferry cancellation or force majeure.

Force Majeure includes impersonal events such as war, civil insurrection, strikes, volcanoes, extreme weather, earthquake or natural disaster that makes it dangerous or impossible to safely undertake the tour. The determination of what constitutes 'Force Majeure' is at the discretion of South Cove Experiences. However, a travel warning issued by the Canadian Government or US Department of State AFTER you book your tour invokes 'force majeure', you are covered under this 'Force Majeure' provision.
