South Cove Experiences provides guided tours, transportation arrangements, customized itineraries, educational experiences, and related tourism services on and around Big Tancook Island, Nova Scotia.
All tours, experiences, schedules, and offerings are subject to availability and may be modified or cancelled at our discretion due to weather, safety concerns, transportation disruptions, operational requirements, or other circumstances beyond our control.
All bookings must be made through our website's approved booking platform, email, or other authorized booking channels.
Payment will be required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

Unless you notify us in writing before the experience begins, you grant South Cove Experiences permission to use photographs or recordings containing your image for promotional, marketing, website, social media, and advertising purposes without compensation.

CANCELLATIONS
The only exceptions to this policy are in instances of ferry cancellation or force majeure:
Force Majeure includes impersonal events such as war, civil insurrection, strikes, volcanoes, extreme weather, earthquake or natural disaster that makes it dangerous or impossible to safely undertake the tour. The determination of what constitutes 'Force Majeure' is at the discretion of South Cove Experiences. However, a travel warning issued by the Canadian Government or US Department of State AFTER you book your tour invokes 'force majeure', you are covered under this 'Force Majeure' provision.
